Community Health Needs Assessment

Community Health Needs Assessment

Bozeman Health, in partnership with Gallatin City-County Health Department and Community Health Partners, has recently completed data collection for their Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). They are inviting participants to a virtual presentation of the key findings from the CHNA. During these presentations their research partner, PRC Research Inc., will highlight the data behind the significant health needs identified for the community and then facilitate a prioritization exercise.

They are holding these sessions for both Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital (Madison, Park, and Gallatin counties) and Big Sky Medical Center (Gallatin Gateway, Big Sky, and West Yellowstone)

Bozeman Health – Sept 1,2,and 3; Big Sky Medical Center – Sept. 8 & 10.

We have an opportunity to shed more light on the challenges surrounding dementia, including the need for early and accurate diagnosis, connection to resources, ongoing caregiving support, etc. Are you available and willing to share your feedback? There will be an opportunity during each session to offer comments or questions via a chat box. Alzheimer’s and all other dementia are a public health priority. We want our healthcare communities to hear our experiences with the hope of elevating dementia support needs during strategy and goal development at Bozeman Health.
